beatiful concept <3~ just a little critique, i hope you dont mind ^^;....the arm cannot be twisted in that way ^^;~ at that angle, unless the person is extremely flexible, the hand cannot be turned at that angel. what you can do (you dont have to fix it, but perhaps the next time something like this comes up), you can do a sort of forshortened version for the hand instead of seeing the whole back of the hand. try looking at your own hand when drawing it. it should help ^^.
nevertheless, it's really pretty =D~

even so, the arm doesn't bend like that xD;.well...you could look at your own arm and see, i guess ^^;...at least...i can't bend like that D:...
